Healing is never one-size-fits-all.
Your lifestyle, habits, environment, diet, stress patterns, toxic exposure, and history shape your overall state of health — your unique terrain — which means the path forward must be equally personalized. Rather than offering fixed services, I tailor my guidance to your individual needs and circumstances. Because each person’s terrain, capacity, and goals differ, the structure
and investment for working together are decided during your complimentary Terrain Discovery Call.
This ensures we’re a good fit and that you receive the level of support that truly matches your needs.
Below you'll find more details about what it looks like to work together.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule any paid session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Once we’re within 24 hours of your scheduled session, my time and energy are already invested in preparing for you. This includes reviewing your intake information, mapping your terrain, revisiting past notes (if applicable), and beginning the groundwork for your personalized PDF and recommendations. In addition, your appointment time is fully reserved for you — meaning that space has been set aside and is not available for others to book.
